I would not say its the worst place but definitely not up to par. Over the course of 8 months I lived there I never got a good night sleep because I was always getting woken up by A) Someone screeming, B) Police Car Sirens or C) Gun Shots. Mainenance is not real good about fixing anything, they may show up but you cross your fingers and hope they actually fix it. The place is ridden with migrant workers and their children. The pool is very small and always crowded. You are unable to enjoy the grassy park because it is so full of dog crap you dont dare step off the sidewalk and on a nice day you better keep your windows closed or you will get a ronchy breeze inside your place that smells like baked dog crap. Also many dumpster divers their, there was one almost every night digging through the trash.
