Decent for animals, Bad for people... From: nate.flowers Date posted: 1/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Apartments: terrible appliances, decent carpet, decent walls, huge master, roman tub... all around ok, save ancient and often only partially functional fridge, washer, dryer, & dishwasher Dog areas: obviously hard to maintain, but cleaned daily, smell in warmer vegas weather, some problem dogs unrestrained, keep an eye out, complex RARELY gets involved when owners won't restrain or control problem dogs Overall grounds: relatively clean, cheaply landscaped due to wear & tear from animals, wish they'd clean as often as the dog runs, owners DO NOT clean up after animals out here Management staff: utterly worthless for all but frustration, will all but call you a liar if you complain, will tell you do not know what you're talking about with maintenance on appliances, will hang up on calling tenants when office is busy All in all... too damn stressful to really livel comfortably. Staff is really the only REALLY BAD part, but it's a vital part of the situation.
