You guys suck! Dont even think about moving in if you have kids because if you do your kids are practially inprisionated. The 'dog run' stinks of unrin, and half the time you cant walk through it without stepping in doggy droppings. Its noisey at night, and the serurity guards are rude, if they are awake in their little golf carts. The arpets are gross looking, and the walls are easy to get dirty, but hard to get clean, everything in the house breaks, like the toilets will leak and the micorwave handles always break off. People have been held at gunpoint, raped, and cars have been broken into almost nightly. They assign you parking spaces on the otherside of the apartments, so overall DONT LIVE HERE. it sucks. and its the worst place i have ever lived.

Wow. How can anybody take a review seriously when the person writing it can't even spell or use intelligent grammar?
I have lived at Gateway for a couple years, and the only time I have ever seen the office people get frustrated in when some parents around this place have let their bratty kids run around and cause havoc. Then the staff here really shows how great they are...they immediately address the problem, and take the kids back to their apartments, and talk to the parents about their poor behavior. They always handle problems very quickly and professionally! The only people that don't feel that way ARE the problem, more often than not. And if people think a dog run is going to smell like something other than dog, they should look elsewhere for an apartment.

If you'd like to see the proof of these things I am sure you could probably get it from the police. Been here nearly 2 years, heard of 2 separate instances occurring in the gym at night, and we were even told by the office workers that my wife should not go to the gym at night alone because of them. I suppose I could dig out my police report from when my car got broken into, or show you two instances of profanity being keyed into my car since it's so recent that it's still there.
However, as the first responder commented, the office people are great and have always been very courteous and friendly.
