After living in the community for quite a while - I become very disappointed in how things went down hill (quickly). We did have pretty good neighbors with great dogs. There were a few owners that did own pits (which is supposed to be a restricted breed at this community) that were completely out of control and mean. The owners would just laugh it off and try to hide the fact they owned a pit. The crime inside the complex was ridiculous when we were at the end of our lease and the Management staff stated it was not their problem to protect us or make us feel protected they only protected their property. I could not believe this when I was told this. It is truly sad that customer service has completely gone out the window and people think we are bothering them when problems arise and it is their position to handle it. I found the Leasing Agents to be just wonderful and very helpful - whenever you went to the office to put in a request it was done so right in front of you and they would ask what time is best for you. They always had smiles on their faces even if they were having a bad day. It is a shame the complex went down hill so quickly and part of it was due to the economy and the rents went down so low that anyone could just move it and anyone was. The integrity of the community went down quickly. It really is too bad because it was a nice place back in 06. The Management staff there definitely need to go for more training just to learn how to talk to people without talking down to them. I am from a place were friendliness and consideration is a daily way of life - I didn't not like feeling when I went to talk to a Manager that I was bothering them or troubling them. When I pay rent, buy groceries, or spend my money were I am getting a services, that is what I want a service not a bunch of garbage. The dog runs always smelled and people and the company never really cared. Many dogs became sick from others not picking up their waste. There are many more things I could add but it would turn into a book.
