The Appeal of cheap rent, fairly large apartments, and the benefits of "security patrols" make this low cost community seem like a dream. Well, thats what I thought, and the dream quickly turned into a nightmare. The daytime view showed nice, newer looking apartments with well maintained landscaping and clean pools...the night life is a terror. I asked moving in "Is there much of a crime problem here'"
and I was blatantly lied to. The cops are rolling through nightly, usually with their lights on. Teenagers roam the streets at night, often in very large groups (20 or more), cars are vandalized, music is being played at outrageous levels, loud parties and a high tension ethnic "melting pot" ruin the high possibilities for this complex. The cost of the laundry room is too high, and the security patrol is rarely seen. Avoid this place at all cost.

I totally agree with the HIGH TENSION ethnic "metling pot" ruining the possibilities for the complex. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we were there thru the summer and the pools were hardly ever open, due to fines being owed the the health department, we up and moved and now they slpped a damp eviction roport on our records
