I believe the last person who wrote the review works on the property. Hmm Where should I began. So far there havent been any major problems to affect everyday living out here. The minor ones are always the ones that get you because you would figure that the leasing team would take pride in their property. Trash is a horrible issue, whether the sanitation workers wont pick it up for three weeks(and the team knows about the problem)or the tenants are allowed to throw their crap all over the place without properly disposing it. The leasing teams talks about pets and their policy so why are there dog crap on the grounds.. And on top of that we have to pay are share of water but why are we paying water when at night the dag on sprinklers are watering the dirt and the sidewalks. You have to question their cleaning fee because there is no way that 250.00 actually goes to the apartment for cleaning.Yeah ride by but take a close look at it. You would think that since there are military people living here they will take more pride in this place. I guess thats why they have a high turn around rate in leasing agents. Dont do for a job do it because its a place where people lay trust in their agents to keep the property clean, safe and free of all peddlers , trash diggers and everything else that will run down an apartment comlplex.
