I really enjoyed living in these apartments until Heritage Estates took over. First of all, there was no type of notice given to the community. These people talk about all the great changes they plan to make, but all they've changed is the paint. Either the maintenance workers aren't doing their jobs or they need to hire more workers because there's always trash on the grounds. The laundry rooms are messy. Some of them dont even have door knobs. Washers and dryers are always broken. Cars are getting stolen and worst of all, this is about the third time Ive heard of a shooting in this complex. (my main reason for writing this reveiw) A month ago, I came home to find 2 bullet holes in my walls. Fortunately, my husband and I were'nt home when it happened. We have been calling the rental office asking them to fix these holes and we are still waiting...Before these fools took over, I would have recommended this place. Ill admit, the rent is good for the size of the apartments, but its not worth the drama. And if someone from Heritage Estates is reading this, get off your lazy butt and send someone over to fix this mess!!!!

Here it is 2008 and New Management AGAIN!!!! THIS ONE IS FULL OF HIMSELF! No people skills (perfect), if you have a problem and try to go to him, he will evict you. If you live here be quite and don't say anything or you'll be next.
