I would never recommend moving here. Even under the new managers, Wendy and Joe, there are still false promices and negligence occuring. My husband and I got out of our lease after writing a letter specifying the gross negligence over the last year. Our problems included:
Horrible maintenence crew. It took us 3 weeks to get the hot water heater fixed. Everything was broken when we moved in.
Very unsafe. I was verbally attacked many times when coming home by strange neighbors. We had our window shot out and they wouldn't come look at it/investigate it or fix it.
We moved out and left everything in perfect condition. They are trying to keep our $400 deposit because of bogus maintenence charges for replacing 4 sliding closet doors, when there is only one sliding closet doors in the whole apartment. And I assure you, it was just fine.
They love to lie and scam at Heritage

I agree, I was harassed when coming home from work late at night. /men pissing on my patio, beer bottle everywhere.The managers could care less. Security sitting around in groups in their little golf carts. We just up and left, now we have an eviction on my records

I agree, they're only worried about rent money and don't care about nothing. When I lived there I was harassed for one of my neighbors every time I got in my truck or when I was around it, I did take this matter to management attention and they didnt do nothing just gave me their attitude. There are only retards on front office
