Avoid Like The Plague From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Located just across from Nellis Air Force Base, the noise level is terrible; the planes fly without regard to the neighboring residents. In the trailer park north of the complex, a consistently drunk neighbor plays his guitar at all hours of the night very loudly. Children play in the street without notice to approaching vehicles. Any items not properly secured are stolen by the neighborhood thugs. Gun shots and screams replace the sweet sounds of crickets and grasshoppers in the summer.
