Rents are quite affordable. The landscaping within Oasis Hills is excellent, especially compared to its surroundings. Is convienant to grocery and eating. Well off the Strip, Vegas almost looks like a normal town from here.
Staff is wonderful.
You'll see a roach or two a month, but that's to be expected in the area and the staff will be quick to exterminate if you request.
24 hour pool that's highly underused (great swimming at 10 p.m.!)
But get rent in on time (2 day leeway) or you get bit bad!
All in all, even though it's in Vegas, it's a fine place to live.

I moved into this complex in March of 97 and lived there without a bug problem,or any other problems, the staff always took care of my needs, I had a emergency rotar cup surgery and I couldn't make my rent on time, the late fees were waived and I was told not to worry about it just get well. I later moved into another Oasis complex which was a two bedroom and I recieved the same treatment, if I hadn't got married I would still live in any Camden properity. I think that most of these complaints are just plain stupid, if you don't like were you live then move into a house and you'll have the same issues. Oh yes I'm not a low life I happen to be a pharmacist,so I could afford to live any were in Vegas.
