You're right about number 6. The lease is, at best, disingenuous. If you read it closely, they even try to waive the warranty of habitability, which they can't do legally (see NRS 118A.290). But, they figure they'll try to get away with whatever they can, and that concept is pervasive in the company. It's a mega-corporation interested in one thing, profit. Fine, whatever, but it will hurt them in the long run. Anyone with any sense will heed this warning.
