Good area, bad maintenance and management

My air conditioner is broken. I've asked to get it fixed twice. The maintenance person said he had been up in my apartment on Thursday. I didn't leave my apartment the entirety of that day. 24 hours.
He said that the previous tenants complained about the same thing. My apartment is 95 degrees during the day. This is unlivable.

There is a big hole in my deck area carpet. I inquired about replacing it and was answered with "I don't think our manager will replace that".

In addition, there is the standard apartment stuff to deal with, like instead of cleaning the walls they have been painted over numerous times. The caulking has been done terribly. There are dents in the wall. The ceiling fan shakes violently. All cabinets have some form of water damage and warping, I sure do love particle board. As well as appliances from the stone age that "work enough" to not get replaced. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I agree. The maintenance scam at this place is to drag repairs out as long as possible. It had a clogged sink for 3 months, and a bad clothes dryer for 2 months. Every phone call I made I was assured they were working on it, or had called somebody. The on-site maintenance is inept at best. When they do show up they do marginal work. This place is 19 years old, go figure. I can't wait to leave and I'll never be back to ANY Camden property.
