There is an odor in the bathroom in Apartment 101. When I moved in the manager replaced the carpent with linoleum and when the smell didn't go away she ignored my phone calls.

The first weekend I was there my car was broken into and my radio was stolen.

I dealt with 12 months of my downstairs neighbor blasting his music at all hours of the night.

When I moved out I sent a certified letter 45 days in advance stating I'd be out the end of whatever month it was. I was surprised by an invoice from the property claiming I never gave notice but thankfully I had documentation to prove otherwise.
