The manager makes no effort to personally contact the tennants with any follow ups. She will claim paperwork is misplaced or lost. She is not friendly and will walk right by you without saying hello.
The grounds are often litter with trash. No one will pick it up. There is dog crap all over.
The place in expensice and the rents keep going up. Better off living elsewhere where the managers and staff give a damn.

I rarely see trash but they have people who clean it up once a week. There isn't dog poop in the area I live either. I think this guy was just having a bad day. It's a really nice place to live and I hope it stays that way!
