Great with some cautions

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This is that apartment complex that is in the wrong neighborhood. The landscaping, cleanliness of the complex is very nice, but the neighborhood isn't known as the best. The managment is good when they're in the office.... Other than the occasional bum on the stairs that's kind of annoying, it's a great place to live--I feel secure overall.
