I lived here for two years, and it was an awesome value for anyone living in Vegas. There is a pool, athletic room (with shower and sauna) and 24 hr. security outside, and cute little apartments with washer/dryers inside.

I am originally from the East Coast, and I find it amusing when people say the area is bad. I have walked down the street at all hours, and have never been harassed. It's not a good-looking neighborhood, but it's a great location.

The management and maintenance responded politely and promptly to any request.

I miss this place, and I am very sad that school commitments forced me to move to another state.
