Air conditioning broke down in June 2006. Its September 2006 ad its still not been repaired properly. They will come put freon in and make it work ok for a few days then less and less everyday. They are too cheap to fix it right. So I have to run air constantly to keep it somewhat cool. My electric bills went from $60 a month to $120 a month. This apartment is only 350 square feet. Ridiculous. Stay away from this place.
