I lived in this apt(a studio) for 2 months before moving out due to crime in the area. I moved in because of the relatively cheap rent and the apt itself is not bad but the management sucks. Maintenance is a nightmare! If you move in you better hope nothing breaks. The building is old though so I had multiple problems, none of which were fixed in a timely fashion. They even tried to charge me for maintenance which they were clearly responsible for according to the lease. The area is one of the worst in vegas. In the daytime it's not so bad but at night, watch out! There are bums everywhere and police are constantly arresting people. I didn't feel safe AT ALL so I moved out before my lease was up. I don't recommend this apt at all.
