I moved to this area because it was cheap and close to campus.But, the rent has signficantly risen over the past couple of months ( Over 600)
True, the area that the apartment is located is known as crack alley. But, I have not heard about any crime that goes on in my complex. I nor any of my neighbors have been victims in crime. But, warning: There are many prostitutes, drug dealers and crack heads walking down the street.
Richard ( The manager) is a jerk. So, I complained to the corporate office about him.
All of the maintenance issues are resolved withing 1 business day.
I would recommened living here if you are tolerate of your surroundings. The complex itself is extreeeeeemmely quiet. I hardly even see my neighbors. The grounds are also very very very well kept.
