My take on Oasis place at given address

I've lived here 7 years, after having been thoroughly spoiled by an equal number of years living in Huntington Beach,CA.
In many ways it's the ultimate in convenience.
It's within blocks of major stores, shopping malls, and casinos.
The facilites include washer/dryer,diswasher, and microwave -- not to mention a huge Roman tub, The building is quiet and the staff is friendly and supportive.
The grounds are attractive and well maintained and include a gym, jacuzzi, and swimming pool.
This place is for living small, alone, and inexpensively.
I'm now retired with few needs beyond my car, computer, phone, TV,and stereo.So this place works for me.
