We have lived here more than a year and plan to move back to California in October. Oasis Place is overall a decent place to live: Management is professional (Edwin is nice and very helpful); maintenance crew gets the job done; exterior buildings have been recently painted (looks very nice); washer and dryer inside the unit is such a convenience; there's always extra parking for visitors; rent pricing is very reasonable. The only downside: Oasis Place is not located in the safest area. Fortunately, we have never witnessed or encountered any type of criminal acts or violence while living here.

If we did not plan on moving to California, then we would live at Oasis Place for many years to come. I just hope our next apartment in CA will be as decent as this place but just in a safer area.

It's interesting to me that the most thoughtful and educated persons have the most upbeat statements about Oasis Place.

I totaly agree with them. Now that they have built a police station next store dedurant a lot of activites in the surrounding areas.
