I have lived at Oasis Place for 3 years, and have not found a reason to move anywhere else. The apartments are maintained well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been completely satisfied by the experience here. Many people comment on the "bad" neighborhood, but I have never had a problem or felt unsafe in any way (and I'm a woman in her 20's if that counts for anything...). I regularly go for runs around the neighborhood and have never been hasseled by anyone in the neighborhood in any major way. The complex is very quiet - I've never heard any loud parties or much noise from my neighbors. People mostly keep to themselves. Also, it is convenient to have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. I would highly recommend Oasis Place as a comfortable, hassle-free place to live. The only minor complaint is that I sometimes feel like I'm paying just a little too much in rent, but I guess I can't complain too much if I'm satisfied with where I live...
