Grounds were well kept.
Maintenance people did a good job and responded in a timely manner.
They did have a problem with people (adults&kids) using the swimming pool and fitness center that did not live in the complex.
I gave it an average rating for noise only because all the kids playing in the courtyard.
They could be loud at times, but not a major problem.
Overall it would be a nice place to live if it wasnt for the manager, Janice.
I moved out because of her attitude.
Camden Properties needs to address that problem.
Manager was very snippy, smart mouthed and very defensive.
Many of the tenants felt the same way.
I would recomend this complex only if they had a new manager.
