I lived there for awhile now, overall is a good place, you pay a little more but the qality of neighbors is pretty good, I would avoid staying on a downstairs due to intense noise rom upstairs neighbors, management is alright quality of workers for any reapais is great...I would avoid the area overall, but if you must stay on that area then this is not a bad place..also try not to stay in central ( park likes or where street meet)..areas due to noise coming from kids playing SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
