Oasis Sierra Apartments

I dig it. From: pseudopseudo Date posted: 7/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've been living here since November '07, and I haven't found a single thing to complain about. Every time I have a problem, the staff fixes it right away. I have noisy neighbors, but they're pretty considerate when I just ask them personally to tone it down (I think complaining to staff about stuff like that is just unnecessary). The pool and hot tub areas have been well-maintained. As far as the grounds go, they looked beautiful and well-kept before the changes. Currently, they're tearing up all the grass and re-landscaping so as to "go green" and use less water, which I wholeheartedly approve of. I guess I lied; I do have one complaint: the workout center. I use it almost everyday, and some of the equipment is in pretty bad shape (worn seatpads/handles, rust spots). The rest of the front office building looks amazing since it's recent remodel, though. I really don't get all the negative feedback. I like these places so much, I'm transferring to a different one in the same complex and extending my lease soon, if that says anything. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
