STAY CLEAR FROM #245!!! IT IS FALLING APART!
the washer & Dryer, dishwasher. Even the lock to our balcony door. Now we have to use a stick (AND YES MAINTENCE KNOWS!)

I can't see how some one would rate this place good.Our lease is up in a month and I can't wait! The place all run down! It took them 14 months to come and fix the astro turf on our porch and when they finally did the dumb man came in my house with out a notice or permision to get to the balcony when he was told to do it later. We have so much more that has fallen apart but now we just want to leave. When they amost gave me a heart attack from entering my home, you thik they would apologize' NO! There is always glass in the streets because maintence doesn't do there jobs.

PLus, they are really slow about getting the pools set up. Since we moved in almost a yer and a half ago the pool in the middle has been closed. Now that it is summer the front on (that is big enough for more than just one group to be in, unlike te other on) is closed because they haven't got it up to code! AND the playgound is small and all the way in the back corner.

When ever anyone takes a shower or uses the restroom in the builing next to us you can hear everything!

Bottom line this place is OLD, FALLING APART and the managment ISN'T doing a thing about it!
