I lived there for over a year. It was OKAY. The building I stayed in was quiet for the most part, the staff was nice to me, washer and dryer in every unit, and maintenance took care of problems within a few days. The things I didn't like were the rent. I feel the rent is a little high for the area it's in. My car was broken into twice. There are quite a few children that live there. Also the dumpsters would be overflowing into the street sometimes and they wouldn't bother to tidy it up, also don't understand why the tenants would just carelessly throw their garbage into the overflowing dumpsters knocking more garbage out of the dumpster and just leaving it like that. Kind if irritating and irresponsible.
