Well, where to start' I would not recomend this place because: the office staff has poor customer service and is very un-helpful, they close the office early alot. We've had ants come in through two electrical outlets, the fawcet in our tub, from behind our washing machine, behind our toilet, under the bathroom sink, from between the molding along the floor and wall in our closet. When we called, the office said we were on a list and all she could suggest is buying a can of raid. The grass is always long, there is always trash blowing around, the garbage is always over flowing. Management passed out notices on our doors about not working on your cars here on the property, yet everyone does anyways. The gate is always, always broken, and when they work, people drive in the out side to bypass putting in a code. The bars of the fence next to a bus stop on Torrey Pines are bent so lazy people can pass through there instead of walking around. No one picks up after their pets or kids. There are also many pets larger than 30 lbs. As soon as our lease is up we are outta here! More than likely without any of our disposit, even though our unit will be cleaner than when we moved in.
