Don't Live here

Bad crime problems-my Jeep has been vandalized and broken into more times than I can count. My apartment was also robbed, probably by people living within the complex (this is also the opinion of the police).
Office staff is generally helpful. Maintenance is okay, but there are some communication problems, they often don't leave notes letting you know that they've come, leaving you to wonder if anyone responded to your complaint. In all, fairly expensive for a relatively small layout. They also switched the leasing options on me-when I moved in they had a seven month lease, but since then the smallest lease I can sign is 11 months. Your rent will go up $5-15 every time you sign a new lease.
Grounds are beautiful. I hope you don't need lots of water, though, because it will be turned off all day one to three times a month. This is especially insulting considering that there is a separate water and services fee that you pay in addition to your rent.
