Previous Post are Wrong!!! From: jdraven Date posted: 5/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The staff was very helpful. When I moved from Florida the apartment I rented had a problem, but instead of asking me to wait for it to be available the complex gave me another available unit (a more expensive one) for the same lease agreement as I had previously agreed. The workout room equipment could be maintained a little better. Swimming pools and laundry seemd to always be in good shape. When I did have a problem (@11 pm on a Sunday night) the maintenance staff responded within 15 minutes. Because of the maintenance problem and the inconvenience, the staff took $95 off of the next months rent. I did not feel there was a safety issue or problems with neighbors. Entire property is gated with even a key entry needed for the walkthrough gate. In the year plus I have lived here there has only been 1 visit by the police for a domestic situation and that could happen anywhere. If you want to live within walking distance to the Strip and by the way directly behind the Hard Rock Casino this is a great place to call home.
