Lived here from 5/00 to 1/02.

There were frequent maintenance issues. Water was turned off on a regular basis.

Neighbors would spend time on the shared patio/balcony and drink and make noise until 2AM.

The gate was frequently broken. Rent was raised only slightly when I renewed.

Staff was decent until I had to move out and then they became difficult with me.

Unit had problems with AC as well as bathroom. Dry wall was water damaged.

I never received my $200 deposit back. I went through all the routes, even wrote to their corporate offices. I eventually gave up and moved on.

You can find better apartments in the area. If you are a UNLV student and looking for a good value with proximity to campus, it's decent. It served me through college just fine.
