Good before managment change

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Everything was fine before parkside got a new manager. Everything was fixed within the day of the request but now it takes 2 weeks for someone to fix something. The managing staff acts like I'm bothering them when I go into the office. The rent is going up yet again and now they are charging me for water even though they said I didn't have to pay it in the beginning.
