I have lived at Parkside Villas for a few years now. There was a point where there was staff turn over however the Office cerw and maintenance crew is wonderful. It is looking better and brighter here. Parkside has always been a nice place to be. Beautiful property and nice people it is enjoyable and close to shopping. The only complaint is the water bill. It would be nice to get the rate better on that.

How much is your water bill??? I'm very interested in the Parkside villas. I work directly across the street & need this to be the place.. reading this review again seems from a leasing agents view...hmmm

Water billing is based off of usage this goes up in the summer but decreases in the winter, billing is also based off how many people live the unit. If you come visit Parkside Villas a member of the staff can go over our community policies, we are here 7 days a week and would be more then happy to help.
