I have lived in these apartments for a couple of years. When I moved in, they were almost new. The manager and the staff were wonderful. They knew you by name, and wanted to make this a great community. Just like every other complex, Pinehurst has really gone down hill in the past 6 months. The people that are moving in here are very shady characters. I guess they can afford to live here because of the specials. When you call the office, they are very rude. You ask them for something, and they huff and puff about it. The gates are always broken, we never get newsletters anymore, and things are always being stolen. Of course, the office won't tell you about it. You have to ask your unfriendly neighbors. Trying to get in and out of the complex onto Rainbow is a nightmare. The traffic because of the construction is awful. Of course, the unfriendly streets of Las Vegas continue when you drive through the complex. I don't know how many times I have been almost hit trying to pull out of the mail parking spots. I can't wait to move out of here!!
