I moved in when they were brand new. They were great. The staff, especially Linda (the property manager) was fantastic! They knew your name and worked with you on anything. We had a 1 bedroom top floor overlooking the strip (perfect view) for $625.00 a month - with washer & dryer and a garage included!

The best apartments I have ever lived at. I heard the 1st floor had an issue with bugs. We had ants one day, but maintenance came out the same day and exterminated. No more ants.

Nice landscaping too!

The complex occassionally had issues with the gate not working, but it was fixed pretty quickly. Never had any issues with stealing, although I never left anything outside.

If I hadn't moved to the east coast I would have continued to rent from them.
