When I first moved in (about a year ago), it was nice. I was very excited about moving in, it was my first place on my own and the staff seemed nice.
complaints about the apartment:
when i walked into my apartment it smelled like dog piss. the lady said no, that's just the cleaner... well my girlfriend works for a veternarian hospital, we got some left over mail and she looked up their name and sure enough, she was a client and had two dogs. their after hours number is a joke. no help, too much attitude.
Complaints about the complex: the grounds keepers have no problem leaving their golf cats in the road or taking up valueable parking spaces. the way they give you back your deposit is very shady... they will give it back to you 30 days later... if you do get it back. i'm waiting to see if i'm going to get mine back. they have painted the outside of the buildings 3 times... very sloppy paint job, my stairs are 2 colors, split right down the middle. there is splatter everywhere. the gates have worked maybe a full week since i've been there. the lights between buildings and in the trash buildings are often out and they wont replace them until you complain. the "serucity" people will drive around the complex once, we were supposed to meet them, as per the note taped on my door,but havn't yet.
