I moved in to Pinehurst in 2004, it was a great property. Couple of management changes in the office scared me but turned out great. The Manager "Roxanne" and her staff have been awesome! Even though the community is going CONDO the staff has been very helpful in keeping us informed. They always go out of their way to assist us in our needs. Real friendly, knows our names and apartment numbers when we walk in the door. The grounds are beautiful all the time, the maintenance staff work so hard. Always helpful and smiling. When my wife takes out the trash almost daily..I swear the guys are always there to take it from her so she doesn't have to drop it in the bin.. One morning she set it outside the door for just a moment when she returned to take it out the maintenanc man was walking away with it and place it in the bin!! Wow what an awesome team.. They really do care! It saddens me that this complex is going CONDO I finally found a great place to live in Vegas but soon it will no longer be!!! I HATE CONDOS!!!!

WORST APTS EVER. SHADY ASS MANAGERS. WHEN YOU HAVE PACKAGES FROM UPS OR WHATEVER AND YOU HAVE TO PICK THE PACKAGES IN THE OFFICE THE MANAGERS LOOK ANNOYED. AND THEY OFFEND YOU BY SAYING "WOW YOU GUYS HAVE A LOT OF PACKAGES ALWAYS COMING. AND THE GATE NEVER WORKS IT SO STUPID AND THEY LIED THEY SAID THE REASON WHY THEYRE GYM IS ALWAYS LOCKED WAS BECAUSE WHO EVER PLAYS WITH THE CODE WILL LOCK IT. THATS A LAME EXCUSE. I FOUND OUT WHY THE GYM LOCKS. IT LOCKS WHEN THE APT OFFICE LOCKS WITCH IS 5 PM. THERYE SO STUPID. THEY THINK THEYRE SO PROFFESIONAL WHEN THEYRE REALLY NOT. THEY HAVE NO MANNERS WHATSO EVER. YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING IN YOUR APARTMENT. TRUST ME THEY WONT FIX IT! ESPSECIALLY CHANTEL SHE ACTS LIKE SHE RUNS THE PLACE BUT WHEN YOU ASK HER SHE DONT KNOW NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM PINEHURST WORST APARTMENT EVER.
