Unbelievably bad service (I replaced my front door lock and got major attitude from the Leasing Office because I did not inform them IMMEDIATELY.) Constant "inspections." Unpleasant frat-party neighbors. Parking lot is not secure; gate never works and security is a joke. Definitely not worth paying the $1000 monthly rent, which keeps increasing with no tangible improvements to the property. I was there when a freshly-planted cosmetic tree fell on the gate back in December 2005....that was an instant classic. Do not get suckered by this place.
