We lived there for a year and evrything seemed good at first, but as time went on it went down hill real fast. Had issues with my neighbors both to my left and on top. Complained god knows how many times and nothing got done. When we left they sent us a bill for over $1000 saying there was damage and somehow their math got mixed up since the paper work said for 5 hours of cleaing at 90 dollars they came to 540 dollars. Math tells me it is 450 not 540. They will do what ever it takes to keep your money not to mention they will run your credit at least 4 or five times even after you have been approved. The staff may seem friendly, but very few of them can get their story straight or get you a responce in a timely manner. The parking availability there sucks, the gates never work and most of the time the pool is always closed for this reason or another. When you move out take pictures of everything like we did, carefully go over the apartment when you move in and when you leave and get copies of everything from the lease to all work orders you put in open and if ever closed. Your neighbors can hear evrything you do and everything they do. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID US.
