Pinewood Apartments

Nasty, Scary Place From: srwebber Date posted: 12/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived at this apartment complex for 8 months. The length of my lease. Not only can you, and you will, hear all of your neighbors at all hours, you will also have constant roachs. No matter how clean you live. The entire time I lived here, I would not use the laundry facilities on property. My husband had to do all laundry, there was a constant worry about safety. We heard guns shots weekly, followed by police barracades. Our car was broken into twice and an attempt was made to steal it. We also had things stolen from our 2nd floor balcony! The interiors of the buildings are worn and need carpets replacement. I do not reccommend ANYONE live here! There are alot of nice options further away from the strip!
