I moved from California and thought I was getting a wonderful deal when I saw the vaulted ceilings, W/D in the unit and the cute floorplan. However, I was soon proven wrong.



Upon move-in, the floor plan I chose was suddenly "unavailable" and I was moved into a larger model (different floor plan, same price) which I had seen before, but did not really like. Also, move-in was riddled with problems. 1) The staff didn't know how much I was to pay. 2) My file was incomplete - despite faxing them info from California. 3)The staff was rude - particularly Oliver and Jill. 4) I didn't see the apartment manager for at least 2 weeks after I moved in. Once I got into the unit, the floor was wet, and the unit was not thoroughly cleaned, so I was assigned a different apt.



I have had numerous problems while living here as well:

1) Maintenance issues are never handled within a reasonable time. Having the battery changed in my smoke detector took 3 requests and 4 weeks...

2)The walls are paper thin. I could even hear the people DOWNSTAIRS.

3) The staff is terribly unprofessional. Once you are in, they seem not to care at all if you walk in the door. I have gone to the office several times to not be greeted for several minutes even if I spoke to them.

4) The main pool has been closed 3 times in 5 months. This would not be such a problem except for the fact that this is how you access the workout room when the office is closed. So, since I work 8-5 and work out at about 6 PM, I had no access to the workout room - which is never cleaned well.

5) I had a package which FedEx left inthe office, which they promptly "lost" then "found" 3 days later...

6) Parking is ALWAYS an issue. I have a roommate and one of us has to park on the other side of the property because there are so many people and few free spaces. Also, they dont do anything if people park in your spot, so there have been times when we both parked on the other side of the property.

I am thoroughly disappointed by my time here and will be happily leaving in July! There are better deals out there, please do not stop here. Take your time to find something else. It will be worth it in the long run.
