We were scheduled to move in on a Thursday and the apartment was not ready for two more days. Since we were scheduled to move out of our old apartment on that Thurdsay we were forced to move our belongings into a storage unit and then move them into the new apartment at Pinnacle 2 days later. Then when we did move in, the tile and counters ALL needed to be redone and the bathtub and sink needed work. The dryer didn't work very well either. The covered parking was 3 buildings away. They have contracted phone service and didn't get the paperwork to the company on time so I didn't have a land line for over 2 weeks. When I called the office the manager was always too busy to talk to me.
