YOU MAY NOT USE SPRINT WHILE LIVING AT THIS PROPERTY...MPOWER IS YOUR PHONE CO. THEY ARE AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS THEY COME. NO IN TOWN OFFICE. ONLY A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. THEY SEND YOUR BILL EVERY 3-6 MONTHS OR WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. I KNOW THIS IS MORE OF A COMPLAINT TOWARDS MPOWER BUT IT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONCIDERATION BEFORE MOVIMG IN. THE MANAGEMENT A PINNICLE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. LOST RENT CHECK AND DIDN'T NOTIFY FOR 2 MONTHS. BRAD IS THE ONLY OFFICE MEMBER WHO HAS BEEN PLEASANT OR ANY HELP TO ME.
