I have lived here for 6 months, and I am moving out in two weeks. This place has been nothing but bad for me and my roommates. The parking is terrible, I have a garage, but both roommates continually have to park all the way on the other side of the complex. We have had lots of trouble with vandalism, even after talking to the security guy. He told us that he is always pulling homeless people out of the dumpster. One of my roommates had his vehicle broke into, apparently it is a common occurence. The main pool has been closed numerous times, the hot tub is rarely usable, either closed, or the water will be cold. The second pool has been closed since I moved in here, I found out it is because someone was stabbed in it. The walls and windows are thin. Costs to run an air conditioner are expensive. We pay more money to keep this place cool then friends of ours that have a 2700 square foot house. Insects haven't been a problem with the exception of Black Widow spiders in my garage, I have made three reports to the office about it since July, they have done nothing for me, I find that I have to try to kill them myself.
In conclusion, this is has been a terrible place for my roommates and I. I can not speak for other residents, but in my opinion I would not live here. I will not endorse this complex, and would highly recommend to anyone searching for an apartment to continue searching.
