I moved into Pinnacle Apts. on 10/18/05. Today is 11/11/05. I have a diswasher that never worked, as well as a refrigerator that is full of water. The linoleum in bathroom was suppose to be replaced, and has not yet been done. Although the staff is superb and trying to work with all issues, I feel perhaps there is not the support or financial backing needed from management to create the "luxury" apartment living that I was convinced I had chosen. Very disappointed at this point. Looking for some answers.
