I looked around to find a decent apartment in a good area, and I thought it would be here-WRONG!!! The office staff is the most incompetent group of people that I have ever met, not to mention RUDE!!! I was told that I would have $200 off my rent, then they changed their minds, they are only friendly to you in the beginning before you sign your lease- then you are trapped. They seem fake and are always too busy or they never have answers to your questions, then it takes days for someone to call you back. The apartmentis so low budget, it has the CHEAPEST carpet available and mine wasn't even new, they just cleaned it and on they went. It is white and you can't wear your shoes inside or it will leave black stains on it. The mainentence staff sucks! I had 2 inches of water under my sink in my kitchen and bathroom when I moved in and it took 3 days for them to figure out what was wrong. My front window doesn't lock, I can hear my neighbors below and next door playing their music like it was in my apartment. The vinyl flools look like something out of an industrial bathroom- very tacky- and it is in the kitchen too. There were nails all over my carpet when we moved in and they were stuck in the paint that dripped along the edges of the old carpet that they left. If I had a chance to do it over I would have definatley gone elsewhere. Hind site is 20/20 so take my advise...you will not be happy here :(

I agree with everything posted here. I lived here for a few months and could not take it any longer. I broke my lease early due to a severe pest problem and terrible management. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
