It takes forever to get concerns addressed. One of the male employees is very rude and disrepectful towards tenants especially females. I draw the line when an this employee comes to my apartment and starts yelling at me when I ask for a filter. They are unprofessional. I felt very threaten and not safe.

In regards to my apartment, I can hear everything that is going on in the apartment above me.
