I have lived at the Polo Club for 4 years. Generaly this place has been nice till this past year. Over the past year I have had my toilet flood while I was at work. In the meantime while I was at work they had a cleaning crew come in and clean the carpet and money that was stashed in my bedroom.
Recently I have had a real a__hole move in below who has been calling the management saying that I make noise everyday for the past couple of weeks. One thing they have been saying is the noise is usualy at midnight. I dont get home from work till 3-4am and I dont have a TV set or a radio like thay have claimed i have been using to disturb them. The management has recently been calling my place of work and have left threatening and rude messages for me to my boss at work. He said he would be willing to write a small statement as to what they have been saying for me. I would like to also state that everything was fine for 4 years but this place has new management starting a year ago. 4 months after they took over they increased rent, no more free month if you renew your lease, laundry room has gone from 10 washers, and 10 dryers. to three of each. They dont fix the A/C when it needs to be replaced. They just do an adjustment and say its ok now and a month later you have the same problem over and over.
