All the people in the apartment industry are aware of this "apartmentratings.com" Leasing agents, Managers and District Managers will write negative ratings against there competition in order to make their community look better. I have heard several apartment industry personnel discuss this at various conventions/apt assoc meetings/and various seminars.

MY SUGGESTION TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT/FUTURE HOME, IS TO TAKE THE TIME TO VIEW YOUR FUTURE HOME AND GATHER AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE. YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT MOST OFFICE STAFF ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP YOU. AS FOR MAINTENANCE, THEY ARE AWARE OF WORK REQUESTS HOWEVER THEY HAVE TO BE DONE IN THE ORDER THEY ARE CALLED IN AND RECEIVED. AND FINALLY IT TAKES MANAGEMENT AND RESIDENTS TO KEEP A GOOD COMMUNITY.... LIKE ANYTHING, TEAMWORK IS THE ANSWER.

YES. I understand what you are talking. YES. I know the tricks. BUT, it's also the site that we_residents can tell how our thoughts. LIKE what i think to POLO. HORRIBLE. Really want to graduate school soon to get job moving out rite away.
