Talk about advertising! And if this is one of the finest communities they offer, I'd avoid all of them! "Serene fountains" have not worked in years. "Lush landscaping"? I don't consider pine trees "Lush". My "view of the sparkling lights" comes from covered parking spaces. "Unique features"? Many complexes have these features. My apartment does not have a "private patio", it's WIDE open (no fence/wall). That "exquisite view", remember the covered parking lights? They illuminate parked cars (great view). Lacking to say the entire complex has only ONE trashcan, over filled daily. Worthless security, failure prone gate (issued cards don't work), abandoned or broken down cars taking up parking space. Nothing like what is described above.
